Develop and manage IT operations for multiple lines of business 24/7. Host call center, voice response and web-based participant-facing systems including transactional 401K, defined benefits, health and welfare enrollment, and e-commerce applications. Plan, design, and manage all operational activities of the IT department including help desk support, as well as provide direction and support for IT solutions.
