• Business owner for newly established offshore subsidiary start-up of remote lead-generation and software implementation teams; • Responsible for driving operational efficiencies, controlling costs, and satisfy demand for sourcing and deploying local sales and service talent. • Provide leadership to new managers on all aspects of operational issues as well as liaise with HQ-partners, and local business community members• 4 direct reports in Sales, IT, Finance, HR (Implementation); 60 FTEs.• Budgetary responsibility $1.1mil USD annualized Achievement: Launched off\-shored remote sales, service, and back-office support in Montego Bay. Quickly branded company as local Employer of Choice nationwide enabling a cost-effective aggressive quick ramp strategy (0-60 FTEs), with B2B sales of $100k+/month, and minimal voluntary attrition (sub 10%)

Managed HR & Admin/Facilities function to support design & service center growth from 150 fte's to 400fte's. Managed 3 mgrs, and staff of 13, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation, payroll and benefits, succession-planning. Report-toDirector of Comp/Ben HQ & local General Manager.
