Having in excess of 30 years experience in a customer facing environment,currently in the role of Cabin Crew for British Airways, I possess outstanding customer service skills which allow me the opportunity to provide the best experience for my customers. my ability to empathise with customers needs and expectations with patience, empathy and a calm demeanour has achieved positive outcomes not only for my customers,but my peers and teams with whom I work. My enthusiasm to take on new challenges with a flexible and adaptable approach is one of the key skills I have achieved throughout my career and something I relish. I am never afraid of a challenge; in fact this is a great motivator.
