CurrentIdentify and advise management of trends and issues to recommend course of action. Inform management of new procedures and ideas for continuous process improvement. Coordinate with management on inter office projects. Provide technical/jurisdictional direction to examiner reports on claims adjudication. Compile, review, and analyze management reports for appropriate action. Perform quality reviews on workers compensation claims to confirm compliance for audit and service contract requirements. Act as second level of appeal for client and claimant issues regarding specific, procedural or special requests for implementation of final disposition of appeal. Review reserve amounts on claims having high monetary values. Maintain periodic review of litigated, serious vocational rehabilitation, questionable and sensitive claims as determined by the client. Maintain frequent contact with the client to report and promote a good working relationship. Make recommendations to clients as suggested by the claim status. Ensure that direct reports are properly licensed in their jurisdictions of service. Ensure claim files are coded correctly and adequate documentation is made by claims examiners Treasurer of Sedgwick employee committee group.
