The role is focussed on the business accounts of Asteco's key clients and stakeholders which also includes developing new business. Debra is tasked with building and nuturing relationships of Asteco's clients and delivering customer service to a high standard at multiple levels to improve profitability, service delivery and customer satisfaction.Debra is responsible for growing business opportunities within the existing client base and has successfully secured multiple projects for both sales and leasing and in turn has increased the profitability for Asteco's Transactional team from last year.

Improving operational effectiveness by streamlining business work processes, systems, procedures to work efficiently and professionally and improving information transfer between internal departments, including interacting with Managers of different areas of the organization, IT and Marketing, as well as support and guidance to staff, tracking an d measuring staff performance, training and induction of new employees. Ensuring the transactional team is running as well as it possible can so as to generate the best financial performance , with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers, clients and staff.

Dubai

Debra joined Asteco in September 2014 having moved to Dubai from New Zealand. Debra previously managed her own Real Estate Development company for over 25 years and brings a wealth of knowledge in both the Residential commercial Real estate sectors. Debra has a track record of success in meeting and exceeding client expectations and during her time at Asteco has demonstrated this during her time managing the API Trio Office Tower on behalf of a very prominent Landlord.Debra prides herself on her exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, which have led her to conduct sales in some of Dubai’s most recognizable Residential developments such as the Anantara Resort, Dukes Oceana and Reef Residences.

New Zealand

Debra set up her own Real Estate company in New Zealand after many years of selling house and land packages within her building company.After completing the 2 year diploma required, Ryan Realty Northland Ltd was formed. Utilising successful marketing techniques within networking and social media, new business opportunities were made.Building strong and trusted relationships results were achieved, which exceeded challenging sales and business development targets.Working closely with Valuers and Mortgage brokers to ensure the best value was given to clients.
