With over 19 years of experience in the insurance industry, I am a Business Project Advisor at Cigna Healthcare, International Health, where I lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within our Project Management Organization. I conduct end-to-end integration testing to ensure software delivered meets the established requirements and expectations of our end users. I hold both a Certified SAFe® 6 Lean Portfolio Manager and a Certified SAFe® 6 Practitioner credentials, which demonstrates my ability to apply the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe) to complex and cross-functional projects.Throughout my career, I have maintained roles in various domains, such as customer service, eligibility, claims, adjustments, network, payment integrity, provider and vendor relations and project management.
