I am a seasoned Technical Communication Professional, Strategist, Enterprise Content Management Leader, and Mentor. I have worked in multiple industries to align business goals, treating content as a corporate asset and key piece of the profitable customer experience puzzle. I work to establish solid relationships; adhere to or set up standards and best practice; and deliver intelligent, dynamic, information that is easily consumed by its audiences. As an ECM professional, I am equipped with knowledge in Communication Management, Information Design, Content Strategy, Instructional Design, Technical Editing, Usability, Content Marketing, and Web Design. I work with teams on complex pieces of information turning that into user-friendly content with strategic design for effective and clear communication, making it available through multiple channels, including instructional videos, websites, social media, knowledge centers, and paper documents. I use a systematic approach to managing content throughout its lifecycle. Using content to create intuitive content experiences powered by data. My goal is to always increase product adoption, reduce churn, and grow revenue with fast, simple and personalized content experiences across the entire customer journey. In a side note, I am an Associate Fellow in my professional society and Immediate Past President of the Florida Society for Technical Communication, I am an advocate for a profession that helps society better understand science, technology, and countless other disciplines and I mentor students coming out of the Technical Communication programs.
