*Coordinate all aspects of the quoting process from initial contact with the prospective customer to final proposal, presentation and binding;*Compile information needed to submit applications for New/Renewal Commercial and Personal Lines Business;*Manage New/Renewal Commercial and Personal Lines, Property & Casualty Business;*Prepare New/Renewal submissions for Marketing Department (Acord applications, narratives, loss runs, experience mods, supplemental applications);*Provide Certificates of Insurance, Auto ID Cards, Binders, Evidence of Property Insurance upon Renewal and request from insureds;*File and monitor Property & Casualty claims;*Handle Notice of Cancellation, reinstatement, agency & direct billing, invoicing and other billing issues;*Submit change requests/endorsements to carrier and insureds; *Prepare proposals, coverage summaries/comparisons and spreadsheets and submit to insureds at the request of the producer;*Meet with clients to present proposals and discuss coverage at the request of the client and/or the producer;*Bind coverage and review policies before releasing to client;*Set up financing and invoice clients;*Submit information to request and invoice bonds (License & Permit, Performance, Notary, etc.);*Develop working relationships with underwriters and marketing department;*Supervise and train telemarketers for unit;*Train new unit personnel on EPIC operating system, procedures and workflow.
