CurrentHired in a brand new role within the organization to work closely with Sales Directors to support & grow their respective territories. Directly responsible for managing over 350 accounts in the SE, SC Central, TX and NM regions. Cultivate strong relationships with customers and vendors, serving as the Ameriquest expert in a proactive effort to retain and grow profitable customers, as well as grow new business through consultative selling, issue resolution and superior service. Serve as the client’s primary point of contact in onboarding & ongoing support.Select Accomplishments▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬✓ As a senior team member, frequently selected to mentor other Account Managers on various corporate projects and initiatives.✓ Landed 2 multimillion dollar accounts in 2016 and 2017 respectively through leveraging current client referrals.✓ Consistently exceed all goals by an average of 50% and maintain a 90%+ retention client rate every year during tenure.Account Management/Fleet Administration ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬✓ Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.✓ Handle all aspects of client fleet administration and management including negotiating with suppliers, compliance, managing payments and invoices, and streamlining the entire procurement process.✓ Recommend and implement appropriate solutions for retention issues and assist with cross-sell opportunities.✓ Provide product & service updates to clients to enhance existing sales.✓ Coordinate onboarding and enrollment programs for new vendors.✓ Enter customer information into databases including CRM & CoreCentric.✓ Utilize Fleet Seek and Rig Dig to assist clients in sourcing products.✓ Conduct training for account staff on how to utilize our program via phone and virtual (WebEx).✓ Address customer issues including liaising with vendors to facilitate proper service to our clients.✓ Proactively monitor accounts monthly to identify opportunities to increase spend.
