My most recent experience as Recovery Coordinator has given me in-depth knowledge of litigation and bankruptcy law on non-performing accounts while also supporting the department and Vice President in an administrative capacity. I prepared litigation packages for both inside and outside legal counsel which consisted of secured credit legal documentation, and documents pertaining to repossession. I was responsible for all legal billing statements and ensuring outside counsel was paid. I worked with third party collection agencies on accounts placed to monitor collection efforts and coordinate receipt of money collected. I also tracked all recovery money collected for our department which required accuracy and attention to detail.

Underwrote new and existing credit for commercial financing. Managed the flow of processing, underwriting, and documenting new customer requests across various industries such as Recreational Vehicles, Manufactured Housing, Marine, and Outdoor Power Equipment. Utilized in depth ratio and trend analysis of customer’s business financial statements, as well as obtaining bank and trade references, personal credit reports, and personal financial statements to provide detailed underwriting and credit decisions on credit line requests. Evaluated existing customer credit line needs and payment performance on a periodic basis.

I contracted with Textron Financial Corporation doing various Credit functions including UCC, documentation and underwriting. I was hired on permanently in 2006,
