OMEGA provides credit and debit card processing. We serve retailers, restaurants, and business to business customers. Our in-house capabilities, unsurpassed service and customer support are the keys to our success and growth. I provide superior customer service and technical support to our merchants and sales reps, coach and support customer service associates, manage projects, and develop reporting tools.

Drove business initiatives, executed process improvement, performed survey optimization, implemented quality and data management strategies. Established and maintained key partnerships with retailers (Kroger, Target, Safeway) and CPG clients (Miller, Nestle, Pepsi). Directed 5 full time supervisors with a field team of 170 part-time employees. Recruited, hired, trained, and provided HR support. Managed budget and controlled costs.

Managed the weekly collection of promotional and observational data and product sales movement in 150 stores. Established and maintained key partnerships with retailers and resolved issues across a three-state area.

Planned, organized and conducted inventory audits and in-store promotional data collection in food, drug, mass merchandiser and convenience stores. Analyzed and finalized trending reports.

Maintained, cultivated and consulted with a client list of over 100 commercial accounts including Chicago Cubs, Sundance Homes, EKCO and the Chicago RTA. Initiated and managed projects that included visuals for presentations, meetings, trade shows, public relations and advertising.
