Senior Software Engineer for SAIL, Shuttle Avionics Integration Lab, implementing change requests to math models, executive routines and operating systems. Nine years space program software engineering experience in Analysis and Design. Analysis through simulation testing and acceptance of operating systems. Worked closely with NASA/Rockwell to satisfy requirements. One year in Independent Verification and Validation of the Mission Operations Trajectory and Operations Applications Software Tasks (TOAST) including Orbital Maneuvering Processors. Additional duties and voluntary activities include ISO9000 quality assurance and verification, Vehicle Dynamics Simulation Test Conductor, Team Excellence Representative, Quality Improvement Representative and Group Achievement Award. Independent Verification and Validation of Trajectory Operations software to include an audit, test case execution, document requirements, detailed data analysis and presentation for NASA's acceptance to upgrade Unix based back-up software to replace primary IBM platform software. Analysis, design, implementation, testing and verification of development projects, re-hosts, upgrades, test drivers, real-time sequencing and fault processing, executive and initialization routines, real-time/raw data manipulation and math model change requests at the JSC Shuttle Avionics Integration Laboratory in the Vehicle Dynamics and Marshall Mated Elements Simulation Laboratories. Developed independent testing software for early and/or on time completion. Lab test conductor and support to include troubleshooting simulation anomalies and internal discrepancy reports as necessary.
