The Global Markets Multi Asset Execution division @ Bloomberg covers all areas of Electronic Trading for all asset classes (Equities, FI, FX and Commodities), as well as pre- and real time TCA, Network solutions (EMSxNET), broker rankings (RANK), and post trade TCA for Multi Asset (BTCA).Working on implementing MiFID II solutions in the electronic trading space across all asset classes.

• Founded IND-X Securities in 2007 with two other partners, backed by the Japaninvest Group. Concept behind IND-X was to provide an Independent, High Quality, Execution & Commission Management solution i.e to make CSA’s work they way they were intended to. • Opened the London office in September 2007 and HK office in 2008.• Head of Sales Trading desk in London thus responsible for all UK and European Institutional clients.• Executed client orders using Fidessa EMS & ATP. Program and single stock trading either DMA or with the use of several suites of algorithms/programs provided via our broker panel• Responsible for all Independent Research (IRP) relationships. IND-X paid over 80 IRP’s, brokers & third parties • Instrumental in developing our proprietary ‘online’ Commission Management System(PORT). PORT allows the Fund Manager complete online & secure control over their commission "pots". • Acted as an outsourced dealing desk for one UK hedge fund. Responsible for all their trading, mainly mid-cap 250 stocks. • Helped build a propriety online STP system (MARS) working closely with the Head of Settlements in order to facilitate a smooth transition from execution all the way through to settlement.

• Sales trading Japanese and Asian Equities to UK and European Institutions• Trading Japanese and Asian stocks OTC after market, including grey markets.• Trading clients GDR orders (incl Eastern European & Russian stocks)• Responsible for organising Sales and Marketing trips/visits throughout Europe and UK• Responsible for introducing Independent Researchers to our client base. Organising road shows, dinners and lunches.• Responsible for giving presentations from time to time to the rest of the firm on the Asian Product in ‘Knowledge Exchange’ sessions

Working closely with both the Research Department and Corporate Finance Department.• Organised and managed client trips throughout the region. Taking PM’s with the analysts to visit companies of interest to them.• Traded in Korean, Indian & Taiwanese GDR’s, Asian Convertible Bonds, straight bonds, & US stocks
