So we equip them to do that.• Meet regularly with prospective donors and stakeholders to partner together and unlock generosity.• Oversee the Capital Campaign, directing key staff and volunteers oncampaign assignments and managing the project plan to ensure key milestones are met.• Operate systems (e.g. Hubspot and AIdentified) for managing the prospect and planning data.• Prepare and analyze monthly production reports on activities, potential gifts, gifts solicited but not committed, total amount committed toward goal, and strategies for various gift levels and timeframes.• Set strategies and approaches for top prospects, foundations, and corporations to meet annual fundraising goal and cover programming budget.
