I know the ins and outs of everything healthcare related from insurance approval to strategic scheduling and billing. I work best in innovative and diverse environments that can often be hectic and demanding. I have a passion for assisting patients and going the extra mile to ensure that they have the best experience possible while visiting our clinic. Customer service is my second language and I always appreciate being part of a team, although, I am also a self-starter that can take the lead on any project.
