Deena began her career in the construction industry when she was 19 years old servicing and installing illuminating signs, pylon signs, and outdoor lighting as the Service Manager. She also worked in the HVAC industry as Operations Manager. Deena, is a native Floridian who spent about 5 years as a voluntary firefighter and planned on making that her career choice, however; life changes landed her career in the roofing industry in 2004 where she maintained a Service Management role moving into Service Director role. After years in the industry Deena and her husband who has also been in the roofing industry for years decided it was time. Deena received her roofing contractors license and they started their own Roofing company to build a future for themselves and their children's legacy. Deena has focused her goals to the roofing industry the last 20 years also obtaining her training as an Occupational Safety and Health Professional as well as certificates in PPE, Fall Protection, Hazard Analysis and Control, Emergency Action Plans, Fleet Safety, Safety Management and Confined Spaces and many others. Deena accepts the challenges she faces being a woman in the construction industry and thrives to continue to succeed and grow in the industry.
