This is accomplished by the development of a recruiting plan, employing innovative sourcing strategies, utilizing relevant resources and creative recruiting ideas. A vital component to recruiting is a thorough understanding of our company's needs, programs, benefits, management structure, and advancement policies. A recruiter plays a critical role in hiring the best possible talent of a superior workforce to ensure a high performance culture of quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and ongoing development; this is achieved by strategically evaluating applicants on work related criteria to include skills, education, work history, and salary requirements while understanding and implementing the government's guidelines on discrimination.
