 Instrumental in handling end-to-end MEP project management activity - Overall management of the design co-ordination and execution of the projects; accountable for MEP sub-contract tendering, scope of works, preparation of the contracts & execution; reviewing, recording and submitting drawings submittals to the Client for necessary approvals Working with client project manager through project development, execution and completion. Tracking project progress including procurement and construction activities while facilitating progress review meetings with consultants, contractors, top management and officials.  Attending progress meeting with to get the best possible results of the project Accountable for executing the contract to the client requirements and specifications. Ensure the scope of work, terms and conditions, and specifications are clearly understood and communicate the same to all sub-contractors.  Designing comprehensive services by supporting in engineering works like shop drawings, models, bill of materials, design computations etc. Supporting in preparation of Submittals, purchase orders, materials contracts and subcontracts, change orders, as-built documents, and ensuring high quality of work performed at a job site. Validating IFC package with Tender package; appraising vendor documentations. Evaluating and forecasting major equipment cost and coordinating design with other disciplines
