-Lead engineer on the DC Plug program, the undergrounding of power lines in order to improve reliability and resiliency of electric distribution system in the D.C. area -Managed a $500 million program budget without any cost overruns-Developed technical schematics, cost estimates and project schedules for two DC PLUG Biennial Plan filings with the D.C Public Service Commission that were approved-Coordinated with D.C. Department of Transportation (DDOT), D.C. Water & Sewer Authority and Washington Gas Co. to receive design approval for the project -Presented monthly project updates to Pepco management, at local community meetings, and to other project stakeholders

-Lead engineer on the AMI program, the deployment project of over 1.4 million smart meters and communication infrastructure in D.C. and Maryland-Developed dashboards and reported performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis

-Engineer in the Pepco's R&D group to research and evaluate smart grid technology-Led the design and successful launch of an employee pilot to evaluate a digital picture frame that displays real-time energy consumption-Trained a group of engineers to assist with pairing the frames to the employee’s house electric meter-Tested and validated numerous energy displays and thermostats within Pepco’s AMI network
