• Launched Experian's Strategy Manager called New Business Strategy Management (NBSM) aimed at enhancing automation levels for the GE Capital India business. Was part of this Risk and IT project for launching Strategy Manager in India from the Risk side leading Personal Loans, Auto Loans and Sales Finance Loans acquisition strategies.• Participated in all stages of the NBSM project included scoping, documentation, planning, preparation of process maps, seamless execution by coding of the auto and two-wheeler finance policy into the NBSM software. It also included logic and volume test preparations and executions, close monitoring through Systems Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and lastly moving it to a successful production. Experience in training other overseas GE Capital branches in their retail loan processing projects using NBSM.
