A brown, feminist writer, reader and storyteller, I have dedicated my career to uplifting stories that center the perspectives of the most marginalized, unacknowledged and under-recognized people. I am passionate about centering joy in everything I do and infuse a self-reflective practice in my work ethic. I am a strong advocate for ethical storytelling and its power in moving the strongest hearts and the toughest minds. I believe in the human potential to make a difference and I see myself being a catalyst in helping us do that.I have explored and lived in different cities in India that have shaped my feminist praxis and how I bring that to the work I do. I like politically reflective writing and feminist critique and I am especially interested in gender and media, sexual rights, queer activism, feminist parenting and feminist philanthropy. I love exploring the bizarre and expanding universe of social media. I value writing and storytelling as a powerful tool that can transform movements.
