I started my career as a student executive counsellor in Vinayaka Mission’sResearch Foundation – Deemed to be University (VMRFDU) at Tamil Nadu. My 16 years of experience in this department deepened my understanding, and I became the head of the Admission Department in VMRF. I was an instrumental part of the astonishing growth that VMRF witnessed in the past decade and have always believed that education is the only tool to change the present and create a future. I travelled across India all these years with my team, creating awareness on the value of education, women education and women empowerment. I have helped students of financially unstable backgrounds and rural areas pursue their education in India and abroad through career counselling, scholarships, acquiring bank loans, and aided them to access the opportunities provided by the government based on their interest, need, and merit. With my extensive knowledge, experience, and portfolio of accomplishments in the field, I am all set to face new challenges in medical and engineering education admission in Asian countries in the coming decade.
