- Manpower planning in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas.- Responsible to source & hire the best talent from diverse sources.- Negotiation with the candidates related to salary & Joining dates.- Issuing offer letter, appointment letters, increment letters, experience certificate, etc.- Responsible to align the hiring processes and procedures with organizational requirements and goals.- Responsible for Vendor Management.- Responsible for handling Employee Care processes such as Rewards and Recognitions, managing employee engagement activities. - Assist with various motivational programs for employees.- Responsible for Employee counseling and communication.- Employee Satisfaction Surveys.- Grievance Handling.- Taking exit interview and identifying & analyzing causes of resignation.- Initiation the process of full & final settlement of outgoing employees.- Comparative analysis of manpower strength and attrition.- Conduct the Performance Appraisal Exercise (PMS) and ensure it is duly completed with all fairness and is timely executed.- Responsible for implementation of Personnel policies and processes.- Managing a team of Executives.

- Full life cycle process for in-house and onsite recruitments.- Salary Negotiation, Issuing Offer letters, Appointment letters and follow up till joining.- Joining formalities as per HR process and Induction of new joinees - Preparing Confirmation letters, Experience certificates, Relieving letters, Salary Increment letters etc. - Maintain records of Offer Letters/ Appointment letters Certificates of all employees.- Maintain attendance and leave records of each employee.- Computation of monthly Salary.- Co-ordination with the manager for timely appraisals.- Respond to employee requests for information concerning policies, - Maintain a complete and accurate employee database in the HR management information system.- Preparing and sending weekly and monthly recruitment reports to manager - Proficient recruitment using job portals like naukri, monster and referrals. - Expertise in recruitment of professionals from all IT skills and levels.
