• Lead Migration of business for USA region and adherence to Transition Management Methodology.• Lead Pre-contract Due diligence assignments (onshore) to assess off shoring scope, carryout Risk and fit Assessment, propose process transition sequencing and publish detailed program plan in line with the strategic objectives.• Transition Planning, Toll gate review & Stakeholder signoff• Lead post migration initiatives for SLA negotiation, Implementation and for drafting process SOW • Single point of contact for Change Management across all offshore processes, with prime responsibility of managing changes related to People, Process & Technology.• Coordinate with various departments (Legal, Finance, Recruitment, Training, IT, Facilities) to ensure smooth and on time transition of business functions to offshore location.• Responsible for hosting & planning of existing client visits for ongoing transitions and service delivery.• Responsible for creating and presenting Offshore Monthly & Quarterly performance dashboard to Senior Leadership team.
