Handling production and operations for payment postingSend reports to client endAnalyzing workflow management and process’s status as per client end’s requisites.Reporting with company’s Senior Level Management about process’s status and client’s feedback or any problem encountered while working on short-term projects.Providing Client Specific training to the new EmployeesMaintaining “Manual Error” report for keeping a check on Quality for Transaction Processing Team.
