 Preparation of Test scripts documentation. Having discussions with Work stream, system developers and end users. Attending KT sessions & updated knowledge with new issues.  Interact with end users (if required) through Net meetings/phones/mails for resolving the issues based on severity levels. Through AT & T Managing the Team, allotting the Tickets to the team members. Working on change requests and enhancements. Interacting with the Client in understanding and gathering of the requirements and working on the same. Identifying critical issues and maintaining documents on root cause analysis. Actively participated in SharePoint and HPQC Updations.  Scrum Meeting: discussing the assigned work with the entire team and a quick overview of day’s assignment. Priority of the work flow (Tickets, Execution etc.) Planning the day’s work accordingly. Estimations: Forwarding daily estimations matrix to the respective managers based on the Daily Assignment breakup. Bug tracking tool: On daily basis check for In-qa tickets and assign the tickets to Respective team members. EOD Review: Reviewed the TC’s created by the team members according to the standards. (i.e., TC objectives, Steps, Mapping the req, etc.,) and Test case execution. EOD mails; Work Assignment update mail (with attachments of daily testing status Report, PA sheet for the day and Automation report) is sent to onsite Managers. Testing responsibilities¸ Walk through business requirements and clarifying the Issues/Doubts/concerns by co-coordinating with onsite people over the conference call and mails.¸ Test case creation, reviewing the test case and updating the Test cases by incorporating the peer review comments.
