Role and Responsibilities;- As a MIS Executive, I prepare MIS and Power BI reports for GT, MT, and UB sales, automate reporting, and create database reports. I map data, prepare graphs, and troubleshoot IT systems. Additionally, I handle daily reconciliation, invoice making, PO booking, supply adjustment and order management.ensure timely supplier delivery, maintain sales records, coordination with sales team & vendors and analyze product costs.

Role and Responsibilities:-1.Familiarity with modern database and information system technologiesProficient in MS Excel with good knowledge of functions such as Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Tables, Index, Arrays, Query .2.Expertise in Google Sheets3.Knowledge of Google Suite will be an added advantage.4.Designing, monitoring, analysing, maintaining, and managing the accuracy of reports.5.Analysing existing reports and processes, and making plans for improvement and automation of reports.6.Conducting data and business analysis, and presenting dashboard and summary of findings to the management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format.Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational analysis as it relates to volume, efficiencies, cycle time, quality, and service.7.Providing support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS) and processes.Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner8.Develop MIS documentation / SOPs to allow smooth operations and easy system maintenance after the deployment of tools.
