•To monitor the operation's of tunnel and shuttle kilns & maintain all specified parameters(Monitor various controls liketemperature pushing speed etc).•To control & monitor fuel consumption and initiate corrective measures to conserve consumption.•To ensure timely preventive maintenance of all machines and equipments.•To ensure proper placing of green wares as per production planning.•To plan requirement of immediately if any abnormality is observed.•To keep close watch on movement of loaded cars on transfer track and at the time of pushing them into kiln.•To ensure loaded wares are in good shape and proper air is blown to remove any dirt and dust from them.•To ensure that car wheels are lubricated before going into the kiln.•To ensure that pushing time is exactly controlled as per requirement and to take a look on the temperature profile time to timeand also to note down in the log book.•To keep watch on kiln both sides from any hanging out or broken ware and also on pusher pressure to avoid any wreak intothe kiln.•To train kiln operator and caution in pull or push of cars.•Ensure reports like daily attendance of staff and worker's,daily gas consumption, temperature curves,power cuts etc are sentregularly.•To appraises and train sub ordinates.•Ensure good discipline, safety and housekeeping.•To ensure effective use of desired PPE's.•To make efficient use of natural gas.

•Responsible for kiln operation's and monitor various controls like temperature,planning preventive maintenance andbreakdown maintenance of plant.•Actively participate in shutdown maintenance activities.•Preventive maintenance of Bucket elevator, Crushier machine,Ball mills,Conveyor belts,Pump, refractory.•Responsible for supervising and improving maintenance activities of plant.•Monitor process parameters and make adjustments as necessary to maintain stable and efficient kiln operations.•Perform process calculation to maintain optimal production parameters.•Expertise in manpower handling and ensure effective housekeeping of plant and machinery.•Conduct routine inspection and check to ensure equipment reliability and identify any abnormal issues.•Colabrate with other operators and maintain team to troubleshoot and resolve equipment problem in a timely manner.•Perform regular quality checks on raw material ,clinker and other products to ensure compliance with specifications andstandard.•Maintain accurate records and logs of maintenance activities, process and equipment performance.•Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.•Assist in the implementation of maintenance improvement and optimization strategies to increase productivity and reduce cost.
