1) Professioanl Liaision with Global & India headquartered Partners to promote MicrFocus products & services. Wipro, TCS, Infosys, HCL, Cognizant, Capgemini are few names that I work closely with. 2) Collaborate with Sales to identify, qualify and win new, up-sell & cross sell opportunities. 3) Lead Technical team responsible for providing technical assistance to Partners teams by Engaging, Enabling and providing much need technical assistance during Execution phase of any new or existing project/deals. 4) Manage Partner Escalation arising due to product issues impacting their customer production environment. Interface with Customer Care, Engineering & Product Management to ensure customers constructive feedback are channelized and actioned upon. 5) Position Premium & Profressional Services in addition also support Partner needs to enhance partner & end customer experience using Micro Focus product & services. 6) Conduct regular client meetings, obtain customer feedback on product & services. 7) Reconcile conflicting points of view, balance needs and desire of Alliance Partner with organization best interest, while effectively managing partner relationship.
