Be it a print campaign, a photo shoot or any pre/ post-production work, or what we call as ATL or BTL, as a creative director, I use my creativity, organisational skills, the ability to liaise with clients, production houses at all levels and the technical knowledge to manage the entire direction process. In charge of all creative decisions made with other core team members, from concept to the completion.Exceptional skills of observation, stamina to remain alert and focused. Good sense of visual composition, perspective and other attributes to good design, excellent organisational skills and a practical approach to work, being able to think on my feet and respond quickly to changing circumstances, excellent communication skills, diplomacy and sensitive when working with a team, ability to lead projects from concept to completion - to collaborate and work as part of a team, ability to hire, develop, manage the creative team. Supervise and train employees when and wherever necessary. Organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments with the client and external resources like production houses for TVC's and brand films, printers, packaging developers for prototypes, exhibition designers, photographers, are some of the things that currently entail my work.

As a Design and Communications professional my responsibility was for developing and managing all aspects of design and creative output in various mediums and forms. It involved working with internal and external stakeholders and partners, pitching designs, and understanding the needs of the brand. Other responsibility also included recruiting and managing multi-disciplinary third party suppliers as well as design resources. Also implemented a best practice toolkit laying down new processes and practices to improve the efficiency of the design and creative department.Job Responsibilities included ;Managing a team of freelancers as required and helping develop design-led thinking across the businesses marketing and brand teams.Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the brand.Commercial accountability through accurate scoping and quoting of work.Develop and manage productivity and to continuously improve the design team’s production capabilities.Provide quality control over design outputs and production.Point of contact for liaising with external suppliers, such as printers, photographers, production houses, Exhibitions designers, event managers, etc.
