As a Project Manager, I collaborate with customers, development teams, and internal colleagues to gather requirements, plan, and manage different short and long-term projects while achieving project objectives within the constraints of the project. I am responsible for planning, controlling, monitoring, and optimizing resources to meet project objectives, while also controlling and monitoring project scope, time, and quality. In addition, I provide regular status updates to all customers and stakeholders on project progress, conduct internal team meetings, and maintain strong customer relationships by conducting regular meetings with clients. I am skilled in agile project management, including the use of JIRA and best practices, and drive continuous process improvements. I also provide guidance to the project team to ensure open communication with clients and stakeholders and review and approve the quality and completeness of all project deliverables.

Responsibilities:01) As Project Manager collaborating with customers/clients, dev team, management team and internal colleagues to meet the right requirements and managing multiple projects both short & long term.02) I am regularly conducting meetings with the customers/stakeholders/clients to maintain the best customer relationship. 03) Coordinate with BA to write User Stories based on the functional requirements from the Client.04) Project Manager of cross-functional teams responsible for delivering Flutter mobile applications (iOS, Android) and responsive web applications using Agile/Scrum methodology.05) Working with business stakeholders/Clients to collect requirements, prioritize scope & plan for milestones release, define detailed project plan, and communicate status to stakeholders & management team throughout the Project (weekly reports to all stakeholders & management).06) I take complete ownership and accountability to execute work and take it until production by leading a cross-cultural Scrum team.07 Report the KPI and metrics to assess the team's performance and identify areas of improvement.08) Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily stand-up, Product Backlog Grooming, "Sprint Pre-Planning, Planning, Demo, Retrospectives").09) Responsible for reviews of the work done by the Dev team.10) Coordination with Client and take appropriate decisions.11) Drive continuous process improvements.12) Work with DevOps/System Admin team to set up Environment for the Dev team & Client (Development, UAT, Pre-Production, and Production).Project Management Tools used:01) Jira02) GitScrum03) Phabricator04) Google Docs
