• Ensures proper functioning of company’s information processing system and makes upgrades as necessary.• Diagnosis of desktop, application, networking and infrastructure issues.• Maintaining company’s intranet and internet operations wired LAN & Wi-Fi connection.• Responsible for IT infrastructure design and maintenance.• To manage user accounts, groups, print queues and controlling access rights using access users.• To create and configure all outlook mails and solve mails problems.• To provide technical support for hardware/software configurations and applications.• Sourcing / Purchase of computer systems and peripherals.• Responsible for supporting: Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7/ Office 2003 and 2007, Backup products, Anti-Virus products, TCP/IP, Ethernet, Firewall Configurations.• Good understanding of network equipment, including routers, switches, Firewalls etc.
