Infinity Offshore serving it’s clients through its focused approach and expertise in Staffing Solutions, Peo/Payroll Solution, Government services.KEY RESPONSIBILTIES First point of contact to employees for time and attendance for payroll. Process payroll and maintain information as required:• Maintaining time, attendance and personnel transactions such as new hires, terminations, PTO, benefits, deductions etc.• State and Federal taxes, Including Quarter and year end reconciliation.• Gross to net calculation, audit and balancing. Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, queries, and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity. Document workflow and work procedures. Setting up New-Hires, Deleting terminations, Importing and submitting Pay Data in ADP. Cross-trains designated back-up to administer and process time and attendance and payroll. Works closely with Human Resources and assists with HRMS implementation, testing, maintenance, and security. Research and resolve problems, perform scheduled activities, and liaison with service providers.
