 Responsible to coordinate with the Hotels/Vendors for the FITs & Group booking with negotiated rates. Making MIS of hotels contact on Daily basis and circulate the same to PAN India employees. Responsible for R n R conferences (domestic as well as International). Responsible for collection of passports as a Central coordinator for Visa processing during R n R International conferences & events. Responsible for making the Comparison statement for domestic event of different vendors/hotels/guest houses and sends it to my reporting managers and concerned departments for approval. Responsible to coordinate with vendor management team for the vendor empanelment and purchase orders. Responsible to coordinate with vendor to get the purchase order acknowledgement. Responsible for Booking of venue for residential conference as well as non residential conferences on PAN India basis. Responsible to arrange the Air/Train tickets through empanel vendor for all employees & CAB arrangements for Management for airport drop & pick up. Responsible to making the RFPs (request for payment) for R&R (Reward and Reorganization) Event, Cabs, Train ticketing, Air Ticketing, Hotel booking and for the final as well as advance payment. Maintaining the MIS of submitted RFP’s (Request for Payment) into finance and send it to my reporting manager on daily basis. Responsible for Payment follow ups with finance team with mails.
