2nd level support • Provide 2nd level support to 2500 users of ELSTER around the world.• Creating new mailbox / Shared Mailbox / Resource Mailbox / deleting mailbox.• Coordinate priorities between the IT department and all the users’ departments.• Troubleshooting user issue on Mail server (connection to mail server, creating/attending meeting)• Managing permission on user mailbox, like issue in taking ownership of other mailbox or calendar.• Helping user to recover the deleted mails and folders. • Making sure user is sync with Office365 portal,• Managing user from O365 portal.• Monitoring the Mail server and reporting to Elster if there is any changes to be done
