As VP - Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), established the function by hiring the right team, laying down charters, processes and methodologies. Institutionalised Governance framework in the across businesses, functions and locations of organisation. Focussing on Technology, Anti - Fraud, Privacy, Cyber Security and Payment Systems.Internal Audit - Formulate and execute a risk based internal audit plan to cover various functions, locations and lines of business. Internal Controls - Develop Zomato Internal Controls Framework to include Entity Level Controls and Process Level Controls. Work with various stakeholders in implementation of key elements of ELCs including Code of Conduct, Whistleblower mechanism, Legal Compliance framework, Delegation of Authority matrix, IT General Controls framework etc. and PLCs including Standard Operating Procedures and Risk and Controls Matrices. Implemented Internal Financial Controls (IFC) as per the Companies Act, 2013.Risk Management - Develop a Risk Management Framework for the organization.
