• SLA/KPI Contract Compliance and Improvement Opportunities governance for Vendor (HCL Tech. Ltd)• Project Management – Ensure new applications/tools related projects are implemented by ensuringtimely support from Contact centers• Contract updates - Define new SLA/KPI to meet evolving business needs• SLA/KPI negotiations with Service provider• Conducting Quality checks, random interviews to keep service Quality at optimum• Process governance for process towers• Implementing new strategies to improve the service delivery from the Vendors• Conducting internal UIA’s for 4 process towers to identify process deviations/gaps• Weekly/monthly reviews with MSP’s to ensure their process deliverables are met• Automation opportunities identification and implementation in turn promoting efficiencies• Promoting collaboration meetings with engineering team to ensure MSP’s get required support toperform their services much efficiently• Implementation of Control requirements within applicable MSP towers stringently• Close coordination with Vendor Quality team to ensure new hire training requirements are met. Sampleschecks are performed to maintain quality across team members• CSAT, DSAT, Calls Inflow & Abandonments rates, Chats inflow are assessed on daily basis• Vendor Site visits to keep constant touch with team and boost their morale

• Team Size: 20+• Project Management – Ensuring successful process migration from Canada to India• Facing Unit Internal Assessments (UIA’s), Audits (Internal, External - PwC) , SOX audit to ensure businessactivities are assessed and observations – if any are implemented in timely manner• Smoother Operations executions for Cash applications Accounting related activities• Ensuring timely controls compliance for workflow and Control report review• People development - Coaching, 1:1’s, arranging professional trainings and conducting performanceappraisals• Automation opportunities identification and implementation to reduce activity timeliness• Leading collaboration meetings with process partners to share challenges/concerns, If any• Hiring support for as and when needed to ensure quality resources with right skillset join the company• Representation at Sales kick off’s and Workshops in various parts of the world
