Foot Traffic Analysis Leading a team of 2 from offshore overseeing tasks ranging from requirement gathering, code review, vendor management to managing stakeholder, including Director Worked on Safe graph’s foot-traffic data (first one to suggest and use in Axtria) to help 5+ pharma. clients in covid time for IC and call planning.  Developed a Fuzzy matching algorithm in R by integrating SQL data. Contributed to securing a $100,000 project from pharmaceutical clients in the United States during the COVID-19 pandemic. Forecast Gap Analysis Used Multivariate Linear Regression to determine which factors led to the gap between the actuals sales and the forecasted sales of a drug, for a US pharmaceutical client. Used other statistical techniques like Stepwise Regression and Correlation to suggest the best fit model and to recommend the key factors leading to the mismatch in sales. Presented the results and findings through PowerPoint presentations, leaving a strong impression on the clients, leading them to request a similar analysis for two more drugs.Sales and Brand analytics via Dashboarding For 4 Oncology brand, created a comprehensive Power BI dashboard from the ground up, enabling clients to monitor weekly and monthly drug sales. Constructed 4 master tables in the SQL database that serve as data sources for the dashboard. Generated documentation and training materials that enabled clients and their team to independently operate the dashboard.
