My journey in the professional world began in 2009 as a web designer. It laid the foundation for my career and eventually led me to roles like senior executive and sales representative positions. In 2011, I joined as a Business Development Executive (BDE), taking a step into sales and business management.Over the years, my career progressed through several positions, from Sales Manager to Business Development Manager (BDM). I have also worked as a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), where I managed a team that comprised over 55 professionals. I learned a lot throughout these experiences in terms of leadership style and growing businesses from scratch.In 2019, I started my own company, DIGI Brooks, with a vision of being a business creator. In the initial days, it was an in-house office. Gradually, my business expanded, and I moved into a dedicated office space with a small but focused team of 5-6 people. Today, we have developed into a team of 35-40 professionals working on many projects for startups and big, globally established brands.I have been leading DIGI Brooks as CEO for the past 5 years, shaping the direction of our company and the technology space. Through these years, I have scaled many businesses overseas, creating a strong digital footprint and massive revenue growth.In 2023, I took another step forward by launching an academy that aims to provide training and placement opportunities for freshers. The thought behind DIGI Brooks Academy was to empower freshers with the skills and competency that they need to succeed in the industry while giving them a chance to join our in-house teams.My vision is to transform my business into a well-recognized and respected brand capable of creating long-term impact and encouragement for growth among not only our clients but our team as well.
