• Analyze the problems reported in the product set and provide solutions with expectation to meet responsiveness goals set by the HP• Suggest new enhancements to HP that can be incorporated in the products to meet emerging requirements and features as per the latest market trend and competition• Complete responsibility of gathering its requirements, designing, coding, testing and releasing the products• Prepare Problem Statement (PS), Problem Resolution Statement (PRS), Change Request (CR) and Unit Test Plan (UTP) for a given problem. Prepare External Design Specification (EDS), Internal Design Specification (IDS) for any new enhancement in the products. Conduct code and documentation review• Interact with GCSC personnel for clarification on defects, change requests, technical problems and keep them updated with the analysis of the problems • Respond to customer queries regarding product usage, functionality etc. • Work with technical publications team for changes in the User Manual. Assist in documentation to update the manuals
