Ensure timely deliveries of the containers as committed to sales / production planning team.> Coordination with municipality for the approval of storage permits for dangerous goods (inks) and comply all documents and facility requirements.> Coordination, documentation and follow-up with Ministry of energy & Industry / economy for application and renewal of Industrial production license, duty exemption for raw materials and machineries and Made in UAE certification process.> Team work with production and sales team for the optimal uses of available raw materials / stock and minimize non-moving inventory.

Ahmedabad Area, India

• Planning for Raw Materials, Consumables, Fasteners, Paints etc as per project specifications of clients and production planning as decided by the management.• Vendor development, inviting vendors for quotation, offer evaluations, negotiations and finalization of orders.• Closely monitoring order status and arrange for timely deliveries of materials at plant and construction project sites.• Processing documentation & payments for releasing delivery order of steel, coordination and follow ups with steel plants for timely transportation of materials.• Coordination with Import –Export department for proper documentation dispatch and clearance.• Stock analysis, identifying grey areas, inventory planning, regular monitoring for continual improvements.• Procurement of machineries, equipment tools & tackles jointly with technical team and GM production. • Review and renewing of Rate contracts for repair & maintenance of machineries - tools & tackles, industrial gases & other services.• Payables management, payment planning, reconciliation of vendor A/c.

Kolkata

• Main task- Material forecasting, purchase planning, offer evaluation, negotiation, order finalization, delivery planning, payables management, internal operation coordination.• Enquiry generation and new sample development from Vendor. Negotiations and order finalization. Follow up for timely deliveries of materials, return of rejected materials, payment coordination.• Logistics and total supply chain coordination for proper distribution of materials at different production units as per monthly production planning. • Production and priority planning as per market trends and forecasting, follow up with different production units for timely completion of work orders.• Handling payments follow up and entire accounts payable activities of vendors. Initiating LC, Advances and PDC before dispatch. Accounts reconciliation of vendors.• MIS, Forecasting, & Planning.• Taking vital role for proper execution of summer and festive dealer previews at different cities of India by ensuring timely delivery of Salesman sample.
