Deepanjan Deb in his role as Growth Leader of South Asia , works in the area of applied Behavioural economics in Consultative Sales, Product Sales, Digital Sales, Marketing and strategy of Gallup's offerings in the Indian Subcontinent in both the Employee as well as the Customer side of the Business. Currently managing some of India's largest client accounts , he has been instrumental in developing and growing the business of Gallup in India and Singapore. His primary area of interest entails research in the application of Behavioural Economics in consulting, data analytics as well as helping productizing Gallup’s research through sales. He has also been associated with various organizations, writing on various aspects of Sports as an instrument of human development. He also speaks on various management forums and associations on sports and management topics as well as the application of Gallup Sciences and Analytics in both the corporate as well as educational space. An alumnus of NIT Allahabad and XLRI Jamshedpur, he was the awarded the Gold Medal for Best All Round Student of XLRI in 2012
