Rob DeSimone is an Associate Principal in Gallup’s Washington, D.C. office. He powers organizational development and culture evolution. He leads, designs and builds people analytics programs and platforms to help federal agencies enhance retention, safety, customer experience and other business outcomes.Rob co-creates organizational listening strategies that employ robust quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to define key people issues. He produces data-driven insights to enable key executives, leaders and stakeholders to link agency people strategy to priorities. He guides the integration of organizational culture and development into strategic, leadership initiatives. Rob advises clients on every aspect of the employee lifecycle including: employee engagement, employee experience, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, development and retention. He aligns executive teams, facilitates leader and manager briefings and workshops to help educate them on the impact of their people analytics. He delivers action planning sessions to assist managers and supervisors with improving their team and customizes content for manager training programs. He provides executives on change leadership. Rob is a frequent contributor to Gallup.Com, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and Course Leader and keynote speaker.Before Gallup, Rob worked in international, community and workforce development.
