1. Responsible to lead and drive conversation on NASSCOM Foundation's core strength & capabilities i.e. Digital interventions 2. Strategy building for new partnerships and aligning those with Programs3. Advisory in making sound CSR investments aligned to Impact and Compliance4. Engage with multiple funders and varied stakeholders like Implementing agencies, legal and Finance teams to achieve program outcomes

• Responsible for building strategy for mid-level and high value donors for the organization along with IP Head• Input into the setting processes and systems required for servicing these donors, donor journey and implementation of the same• Establishing, maintaining and utilizing a broad network of contacts to acquire new HNI donors and large partnerships that are both scalable and sustainable • Explore new channels of fundraising for HNIs such as HNIs Fundraising events/exclusive HNIs meets etc, to develop new products every year targeting HNI donors• Build and implement strategy around diaspora as when required and planned• Lead surveys and market research for HNI and committed donors

• Relationship management with Indian as well as International sponsors/donors• Defining service standards and guidelines that serve as benchmark for enhancing and improving donor experience including Online experience• Designing cause based campaigns and strategies for donations through Direct Mailer, Walk ins, Payroll etc.• MIS management involving data analysis for overall Committed and General donor base performance like retention, acquisition, revival etc. Extensive reporting to International Head office Viena for mapping donations• Heading Operations involving bank reconciliations, Online donations (FCRA and Payment gateways), NACH bank model, cheques and cash • Managing 30 locations across India and mapping donor issues/complaints, coordinating with Village Directors, co-workers etc. for child profiles, quarterly reports and yearly reports• Ensuring continuous interaction with Vendors for price negotiation, new assignments, contracts review and invoice clearing• Managing Donor management software and ensuring correct donor mapping across various donations purposes pan India and International• Extensive co-ordination and collaboration with different verticals like Individual Partnerships, Corporate Partnerships, Communications and Finance

• Relationship management with all group companies under Bharti Group of companies• Defining service standards and guidelines that serve as benchmark for enhancing and improving donor base for Bharti Foundation, SOS Children’s Villages of India, Cry, Save Life, Helpage India etc.• Designing various campaigns and strategies for donations through Payroll giving (voluntary contribution)• Preparing proposals and quotations for new clientele; hence, initiating onboarding procedure• Researching for prospective market or clientele hence, conducting meetings to encourage donations• Closely alliance with Communication team hence, designing various campaigns promoting the Brand and cause• Undertaking projects involving data analysis for clients ensuring Business improvement• Handling all Bharti Airtel Units pan India coordinating with more than 30 different units including 15 Bharti Group of companies and 15000+ donors• Mapping clients, identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels in Donor Management Database• Ensuring continuous interaction with Clients to ensure that area of concern can be worked upon for improved service levels• Reviewing Account’s performance against contractual metrics
