Hi, This is Deepika Mehra and I am a graduate from bachelor of science and currently working as a Process Developer in Genpact.I have total 5 years of experience in which initially 3 years I worked for a renowned organization (Optum global solutions where I am accountable for lots of responsibility like working on Revenue cycle management, Claim adjudication, Member reconciliation, Denial management, coordination with onshore team for email queries.After Serving for almost three years I switched and joined Genpact where I am currently working.Here, I am accountable for handling the whole U.K Casualty and Property region.Now I am looking for the opportunity as Domain Trainer/Domain expert as I have keen interest in these roles.
