Credit Master Platform – CMP in Data Services provides the reference data backbone of Ratings & FIRMS. Master data Foundation is a combination of group of products, with each product having an important role in generating, loading, extracting, and publishing the data to many consumers. The objective of the Credit Master Platform initiative is to implement a global security master platform that will allow CMS to process master reference data from multiple internal and external sources and store it in a central repository. The platform will create, maintain, and publish a standardized reference data repository for all financial entities and instruments. This platform serves as Master for Market Identifiers Linking, Pricing, and Employee, Forex, Orgs, and Issues reference data.

SAM- Suspicious Activity Monitor is one of the applications used by Credit Suisse for its Compliance purposes. Party and Account are two of its important modules, that receive the Party’s (Customer’s) demographic and Account information daily from delta files and load them into the respective account and party tables.

As part of the Default and Data Centralization (DDC) project, I contributed to enhancing our Ratings Business by centralizing the management of default data. This initiative supports our goals of achieving service excellence and disciplined delivery. By streamlining default data management, we increased transparency and eliminated market ambiguities in applications such as benchmarking and research, regulatory reporting, quality and risk management, and external products. The project involved organizing data into various dimension and fact tables, ensuring efficient access and analysis.
