I have received PhD degree from International Institute of Information Technology in 2015, M.Tech. from Deerubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology, Gandhinagar in 2007, and B.E. from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur in 2005. From 2007 to 2010, I was working as a Technical Associate in Network Design and Engineering Group, Tech Mahindra, Pune.My PhD thesis proposes cognitive cross-layer solution for routing, cognitive MAC protocol, spectrum management and power control. Markov model is developed for the performance analysis of cognitive MAC protocol in the thesis. Also, solutions specific to cognitive wireless sensor networks are also proposed in my PhD thesis. I have been awarded TCS research fellowship and IBM PhD fellowship for my work in PhD. During my association with Tech Mahindra, I was part of IMT Advance India Evaluation Group. I was involved in capability building for 4G technologies, design and development of VOIP scheduler for LTE Advance, and design and implementation of algorithm related to networks, like automatic antenna placement, auto-routing, autocorrelation algorithm, and prediction algorithms.My research interests include Cognitive Networks, Wireless Sensor Networks, Ad Hoc Networks, telecom networks, LTE, QoS provisioning in wireless networks and networking concepts including switching, routing, sub-netting. I have worked on various tools like NS2, NS3, OMNET++, OPNET, MATLAB. My research works have been published in renowned international journals and conferences of the field.
