I manage operations for Constellation West, as well as leading the program management office (PMO), which manages all activities that support our contracts. I also lead business development efforts for the OASIS contract, supporting Department of Defense, Army and Air Force, USSTRATCOM, its components, and other military organizations.Overall, I have more than 38 years of operational and management experience as a career civil servant and contractor supporting the Department of Defense.
