I managed the full design cycle for a complex home automation app for a multinational client based in Spain. This process involved everything from user research, to visual design, covering all phases of the design project. In conclusion, during the user testing phase, one of our users perfectly captured the value of our design by saying, 'I wish Google had this.'Additionally, I contributed to projects for a top team in Spain's First Soccer Division (LaLiga) and played a key role in the agency's daily operations by leading the creation of a token-based component library to enhance the speed and standardization of the agency's digital solutions.

From Product Designer to Product Manager: I single-handedly designed a platform that allows companies to create virtual tours of hotels and resorts, enabling guests to choose specific rooms rather than just room types. I also developed a flexible visual system that adapts seamlessly to various hotel brands and three unique product lines.Collaborating closely with the development team, I streamlined the entire product workflow—from initial business feature requests to final deployment. This included fostering a data-driven culture that aligns company efforts with impactful insights, ensuring our solutions are both effective and relevant.

I led the evolution of the design team by identifying and addressing the root causes of past inconsistencies in various digital solutions.
