Initially hired to organize paperwork in the contracts department and organize the filing system.Within two months was put in charge of purchasing for the shop and office, as well as raw material purchasing forlarge contracts.Purchased raw material for wing skins, shot peen materials, chemicals, and paint for treating the skins.Gained responsibilities for keeping track of large contracts, dealing with customers regarding product flow and delivery schedules, and verifying invoices.

Hired as an operator taking inbound calls to obtain information as to where callers would be digging in the State of Kansas then sending this information to the utility companies.Within six months of hire date, was asked to assist in the Database (mapping) department, working on computerized mapping software created by One Call Concepts.April 2002, was promoted to Database Administrator which consisted of overseeing the mapping department; also asked to organize and delegate mapping projects for new centers acquired by the company.Relocated to Minnesota from Wichita location on a temporary basis to assist call center in managing staff.After two months of helping center, was offered Assistant Office Manager Position, which consisted of supervising approximately 100 employees.Responsibilities included scheduling employee hours, processing time off requests, and overseeing disciplinary actions for improper call taking procedures, absenteeism, and any other discipline needing administered.
